It was an excellent home base for our enjoyable stay. The staff were both especially helpful and very amiable. The hotel was in a central setting close to all attractions we chose to visit.

Nice hotel with DECENT staff who provided excellent service. We were given a good sized and newly decorated room with a tub and 2 king size beds, as example. Central location was a plus. There was a small restaurant just a short stroll away from the property.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The location is great in a very nice area, so close to fun attractions for people of all ages, Pigeon Forge, Wears Vally and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and restaurants, grocery markets, golf courses, camp grounds and souvenir shopping. The room is updated and neat with a scenic view of the mountains.

I stayed at RiverStone Resort in Pigeon Forge during my recent travel, and I was impressed by the vibrant culture and easy access to the Smoky Mountain outdoors. The resort's proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park made it the perfect place for a refreshing stopover during my journey. The luxurious design and fully furnished rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to unwind and recharge for the remainder of my travels.

While the area offered a vibrant culture and easy access to the outdoors, I experienced some main road congestion and lengthy wait times at local attractions. The wait time of 1.5 hours at The Old Mill Restaurant was somewhat frustrating, but I understand that it's typical in the area.

The service was good, we felt welcome. Everyone was genuinely helpful and very friendly.

The location was comfortable, for example, Dolly Parton's Stampede was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. This venue was in a very very nice area near to a restaurant, breakfast, or free daily maid service as well as Gatlinburg in a matter of minutes which is the entrance to the Smokey mountains. I got a well-kept room with own bathroom.

The pool area is nice too. Recently refurbished hotel units with dryer and children 8, as for instance. Favourable, comfortable location adjacent to the park and also Patriot Park, the 4th tower which was right beside the lazy river and was perfect, and so many attractions and restaurants, decent staff.

The breathtaking view of the mountains and the tranquil Little Pigeon River right outside my window at The RiverStone Resort made my stay unforgettable. The feeling of peace and relaxation that washed over me as I took in the natural beauty was truly rejuvenating. Plus, the attentive 24-hour service at the resort made me feel well taken care of, adding an extra touch of comfort to my vacation.

The area rug in the living room/kitchen looked quite worn and dirty, detracting a bit from the otherwise pristine ambiance of the resort.

The room is tastefully decorated and brand-new, the staff are extremely responsive people who provided excellent service.

The location of the venue is peaceful, right by the river side of the building and Pigeon Forge Old Mill river retail shops and Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The rooms are well-kept and well-equipped with a jacuzzi tub, so that guests have essentials.

Everything was good, so were exceptional views of the mountains. We enjoyed the room, it was pet-friendly, and met excellent and efficient staff who provided excellent service.

The decor at the hotel was simply charming, with lovely furnishings and cozy touches throughout the common areas. As a senior, I found the hotel's accessibility to be delightful, with easy navigation and comfortable seating areas for resting. The pool and spa areas were easily accessible and well-designed, making it convenient for seniors to enjoy a relaxing time. the hotel's attention to detail in creating a comfortable and accessible environment for older guests was truly appreciated.

I would ask for better vacation for senior people by suggesting improved assistance from the children of the staff.

Peaceful and great place, I loved extremely responsive personnel.

Overall the room was well-equipped with coffee maker, a queen bed, a washer & dryer.

I appreciated the room and its nice decor. Had nice bedroom and met excellent staff who provided excellent service. The location for Pigeon Forge was great and fantastic, near to souvenir shopping and Dollywood, The Island, and many other attractions and many activities offered by Pigeon Forge, Wears Vally and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

The location was quiet for walking around Dolly Parton's Stampede. The hotel was in a very very nice area, close enough to many activities, the park and also Patriot Park, and all the attractions.
